Who Wore it Best?

Seems like celebrity BFF Ciara and Kim Kardashian have similar taste, because they were both spotted  rockin the same dress from Zara. I'm not really feeling Kim Kardashians belt, but I'm loving the booties that she is wearing. Ciara's belt is cute but I'm not lovin her shoes. Who do you think wore it best??

    Oooo.... this is a tough one. Um... i agree with u, im definitely feeling ciara's belt more. but the shoes... =/. so i'ma go with kim cuz i like her hair better. wait, no, ugh! i dunno!!! lol. they both look great. i'll say it's a tie. lol

    Definitely Ciara. Her belt, obviously. Then, I like Kim's shoes, but not with the outfit, Ciara's shoes don't cut off her legs, like Kim's does, making the whole look sleeker.
