Both Paris Hilton and Stephanie Pratt were spotted wearing a one sharp-shouldered sequined dress by Brian Litchenberg. Stephanie rocked it with a geometric necklace and bracelet while Paris kept it simple with a couple rings and earrings. I'm going to have to give it to Paris, though both of these ladies look great!
