Tupacs Shooter Breaks His Silence...

On the eve of what would have been Tupacs 40th birthday, a man by the name of Dexter Isaac sent out a statement to Allhiphop.com and admitted to being involved in the shooting of Tupac Shakur. Dexter claims that he was paid $2,500 by James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond. Dexter Isaac decided to confess to 'clear his conscience, and he  is currently serving a life sentence for murder,  and robbery.

We don't know if this man is legitimate, but we can see why he decided to break his silence because he is serving a life sentence. All for $2,500?? What a damn shame. Check out the letter he wrote, and all other details at allhiphop.com
