In case you're out of the loop, reality star Brody Jenner and his playmate girlfriend have been in the middle of a he-said she-said battle with Girls Gone Wild creator, Joe Francis. Apparently Francis attacked Jayde after throwing a drink on him, because he wouldn't stop harassing the women at the LA nightclub Guys and Dolls. According to TMZ, at that point that Francis "pulled Jayde's hair, punched her in the face and threw her to the ground and began kicking her." Security intervened and of course Brody got into with the chris brown wannabe, and a yelling match ensued between the two men, who were subsequently tossed out. Brody tried to make his way back in, but was stopped by security. He ended up getting one good punch in at Francis before getting tasered. Ouch.
At the time there wasn't any evidence released, but Joe claimed that it was in self defense in correlation with Jayde attacking him. No evidence...until now. RadarOnline posted a copy of the surveillance footage from that nightand if you look in the lower right hand corner you can clearly see:
"Joe pushed bar patrons aside, reached through the crowd and grabbed Jayde by the hair, viciously yanking her to the floor and dragging her through the crowd."

What a douche. Who does that? Especially to a chick? He should've walked away or use words or something. What's up with guys beating down women these days?
