Who Rocked it Best??

Both Paris Hilton and Stephanie Pratt were spotted wearing a one sharp-shouldered sequined dress by Brian Litchenberg. Stephanie rocked it with a geometric necklace and bracelet while Paris kept it simple with a couple rings and earrings. I'm going to have to give it to Paris, though both of these ladies look great! Who rocked it best??

Here We Go Again.....

Yet, another reality TV star has been arrested for a DUI. This time it was The Hills star, Stephanie Pratt. Ms. Pratt  was arrested at 3:45 a.m this morning,charged with a misdemeanor, and sent to Van Nuys Jail where she is in custody on a 5,000 dollar bail. Prior to the arrest Stephanie was at Holly Montag birthday party at a L.A nightclub.

Tisk Tisk, don't drink and drive people.

.....or in this case your lips. Hills star Stephanie Pratt must have been feeling the pressure after her sister-in-law Heidi went under the knife. Personally, I think she looked better before.
