The Obamas Get Their Drink On & Visit The Royals

We are starting to love the Obamas more and more every day. First Michelle showed us her smooth 'dougie' moves, and now the Obamas are proving that they can get their drink on too! While on a visit to the Irish town of Moneygall, the couple decided to have some fun and share of few drinks of Guinness. Some news outlets were a bit upset with the presidents action but c'mon now.

They also took a visit to the U.K. where they were welcomed by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate.

Royal Wedding Portraits Released

A day after the wedding of the century, the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge official wedding portraits have been released to the public. The photos which were taken by Hugo Bernard were taken place in the Throne Room of Buckingham Palace.

Pictures have surfaced on the web of Kate Middleton's evening wedding dress, which was also designed by Sarah Burton. The satin strapless gown, topped with a white shrug looks beautiful on Kate! The couple returned to Buckingham Palace where Prince Charles is throwing the newlyweds a dinner party. The bride is glowing.

Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress Designed By Sarah Burton

After months of speculation, the mystery of who would be designing Kate Middletons wedding dress has finally been solved. Princess Kate wore a ivory laced, long sleeved, satin gown designed by creative director of Alexander McQueen, Sarah Burton. Sarah released a statement to the Press Association

"I hope that by marrying traditional fabrics and lacework, with a modern structure and design, we have created a beautiful dress for Catherine on her wedding day."

The design of the dress had individual flowers hand cut from lace and hand engineered onto ivory silk tulle. The fabrics used were French Chantilly lace which was meticulously combined with English Cluny lace. Her beautiful veil is made of soft, ivory silk tulle with a trim of hand embroidered flowers. Her veil is held by an amazzinggg Catier tiara lent by the Queen.

Kate looked absolutely stunning!! What a beautiful ceremony!

Kate Middleton Is Doing Her Own Makeup For Royal Wedding

Kate Middleton seems to be one down to earth lady! It has been revealed that the soon to be princess has opted to do her own makeup for the big day. With lessons from makeup artist Arabella Preston, the bride has learned how to perfect her wedding look, and is confident doing it on her own.

This is not the first time Kate has done her own makeup for a special occasion. It was reported that she didn't like the initial makeup done by a professional for her engagement photos, so she wiped it all off and reapplied it herself.

In other royal news, William & Kate released a new photo (displayed above) with an announcement to the public.

"We are both so delighted that you are able to join us in celebrating what we hope will be one of the happiest days of our lives.The affection shown to us by so many people during our engagement has been incredibly moving, and has touched us both deeply.
