Reality Stars must stick together..

...or at least have to date. Maybe you guys already knew about this but it's news to me:

Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera have apparently been dating for months, but it's already been reported that the couple is no longer together. But don't fret, they did stay together long enough for him to be apart of the sixth season of The Hills. No offense but it makes you wonder if Cabrera is just wanting a little media attention. Don't you remember him being apart of Ashlee Simpson's Reality Show way back when on MTV? Or even more recent he was on E!'s new series Pretty Wild as a love interest of one of the sisters:

Tess Taylor (pictured above and P.S hmm looks a little Audrina-ish.... have a type lately Ryan?) Anyway, with dating three reality stars and a cameo on each one's show, some have gone on to say he's a little opportunist.
I don't really know what to think but all I can say is fame really worth all that struggle?

Diversity on the Rise

Introducing Arlenis Sosa Pena.
In a time where the only well-known names of black models were literally on a one hand count, this Domincan beauty pops up. She joins the likes of Chanel Iman, who like herself, is also bursting on the scene. Pena is taking her pretty face to the bank being signed as the new face of Lancome. Celebrating it's 75th anniversary, the brand is reaffirming it's core values: “To reveal, accompany and elevate women to help them flourish, regardless of age, style or skin colour.” To help solidify this, they have gathered various brand ambassadors Kate Winslet, Elettra Wiedemann, Inès Sastre and of course Arlenis Sosa. Quickly relocated to New York after being discovered in her hometown, Pena has barely had any down time. Debuting a runway appearance for Banana Republic’s holiday show in New York, posing in an Italian Vogue spread, and strutting for designers such as Alexander Wang, Anna Sui, BCBG Max Azira, Bottega Veneta, Carlos Miele, Carolina Herrera , Derek Lam , Diane Von Furstenberg, Gap (to name a few.)

It looks like it's only up for this beauty.
It's always nice to see the fashion industry embracing culture and diversity.
:)

Really Now?.....

So I was reading Cosmo the other day, and I came across Kimora Lee's brand new add for her fragrance "To be Edgy". All I could think is wow...why did they feel the need to photoshop the hell out of her?? We all know that Kimora just had a baby and that is NOT what her body looks like.... she hasn't been that size for years now. There's nothing wrong with curves, why does the media feel the need to make everyone stick skinny? I mean at least they could have been more subtle about it......I'm just saying.......

Trey Songz Covers Vibe Magazine

The always sexy Trey Songz is on the cover of Vibe magazine's April issue and I just have one word to say dayummm. Trey's body is killin it on the cover. I  can't get over how much I love this man!

In the issue Trey talks about his rise to the top, and his forever comparison to R. Kelly. He's becoming real irritated with the comparisons....

“People say, ‘Well, I hear a lot of R. Kelly in your music. ... So what? R. Kelly took Aaron Hall’s whole style. Two albums

So is he admitting that he is biting off of R. Kelly.....? I'm not gonna lie, when I first heard Trey's music the first artist that came to mind was R. Kelly. They sound so much alike, and all they talk about is sex. However, I believe that Trey is representing this generation, and bringing a new vibe.
