'Teen Mom' Makes 280,000k a Year??

Amber Portwood, from MTVs Teen Mom was in court this morning & was asked by the judge to provide her occupation and salary. Amber provided her occupation as "television personality" but asked her lawyer to object to disclosing her salary. However the judge denied her lawyer & Amber was forced to provide information on how much she makes off of appearing Teen Mom. 

Turns out Ambers yearly salary from the show is a whopping 280,000k!! But, what we don't understand is, if she makes so much money why is she shown struggling financially on the show? Well, then again this is 'reality tv'.......Damn can someone please pay us for merely living our lives???

Teen Mom's Amber Charged & Sent to Jail

As reported earlier, Amber from MTVS reality show Teen Mom has gotten herself into legal trouble. She faced criminal charges of domestic violence, stemming from an altercation with the father of her child,Gary. Unfortunately, Amber was charged with three felonies early Monday morning, including two counts of domestic violence & one count of neglect of a dependent.  Later that afternoon she was sent to jail with bail set at 5,000.

Unfortunately, in her case even if someone  pays her bail, domestic abuse has a automatic 24 hour hold. However,  I'm glad justice was served in this case. No matter if the victim is male or female, there is no excuse for abuse!


*UPDATE: Amber posted bail and was released from jail on 12/28, and plead not guilty to the charges being pressed against her.

Desperate Attempt?

Teen Moms Amber Portwood, has had a pretty bad reputation for the past couple of months. After an episode aired on MTV showing her beating her baby's daddy, she has been charged with domestic abuse. Not only being charged, her daughter Leah was taking away by the state. Gary now holds full custody of their daughter with Amber being allowed visitation rights. If Amber gets convicted of the charges she faces up to 3 years in jail, and fines up to 10,000. 

In what I believe is an attempt to show authorities that she loves her daughter, she has gotten a tattoo of Leah on her stomach. This isn't just an ordinary tattoo, she has marked almost her entire stomach with her daughters face. Cute gesture, but don't you think this is a little desperate? Well, love makes you do crazy things I guess.
