Funny man, Ashton Kutcher is officially replacing Charlie Sheen on sitcom Two and a Half Men, CBS confirms.

Charlie Sheen Sues or More Than 100 million

 (Chuck Lorre & Charlie Sheen)

Look's like Charlie Sheen is seeking revenge, by suing his bosses for more than 100 million dollars. Early Thursday morning Charlie filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Chuck Lorre, and Warner Bros for breach of contract.

The filed indicate that he's demanding payment for the left over Two and a Half Men episodes, and he is also seeking damages behalf of the show's crew. The lawsuit states.

"Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series Two and a Half Men in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."

 Nice.

Charlie tweeted about the lawsuit earlier.

#Fastball; Torpedo away... You corporate Trolls were warned. And now you've been served!"

This is going to be one messy battle.
