Lady Gaga Shoes Banned On Fox

While Performing on American Idol last Tuesday, Lady Gaga made quite the fashion statement, as she danced around in penis shaped heels. The shoes are designed by British label Void of Course and are priced at $4,560...must be nice!

However, Fox wasn't so amused with this trend, and used the shows logo and two red stars to block the divas boots throughout the performance. We have to admit those boots are pretty hilarious. Love it!! Check out the video below.

Lady Gaga Believes Alexander McQueen Wrote 'Born This Way'

Just 2 months after gracing the cover of Vogue magazine, Lady Gaga surprises her fans by being on the May cover of Harper's Baazer. In the article she talks about her favorite designer, Alexander McQueen & his tremendous  influence in her life.

On why she thinks Alexander McQueen is working through her:

“I think he planned the whole thing: Right after he died, I wrote ‘Born This Way.’ I think he’s up in heaven with fashion strings in his hands, marionetting away, planning this whole thing.”

Gaga's claim was backed when her label decided to move the release date for “Born This Way,”which happened to fall on the exact date of the one-year anniversary of McQueen’s death.

“When I heard that, I knew he planned the whole damn thing. I didn’t even write the fucking song. He did!”

The nominations for the 2010 Video Music Awards were announced yesterday, and it was quite clear that Lady Gaga is dominating the music world, with 13 award nominations. The nominations were record breaking,  making it the most noms for a single artist in one year.

Gaga was estatic about the news,

"I'm so honored for all the little monsters and self-professed freaks of the universe, to have more VMA nominations in a single year than any artist in MTV history. A long time ago the world told me and my little monsters we would never be heard, together we changed the rules. God put me on Earth for three reasons: To make loud music, gay videos and cause a damn raucous. Thank you, MTV!"

 Congrats to Gaga for all of her accomplishments. She is truly an innovative and talented artist! Make sure to tune into the VMAS Sept. 12 at 9p.m. EST.

Lady Gaga and Christina Ricci were both seen wearing the same Marc Jacobs dress. I would have to say that  it's a tie. Ricci looks absolutely gorgeous, and I love how Lady Gaga added a twist with a hat and shades. What do ya'll think?

This video is quite.....interesting. I am in love with this song so I was really anticipating the premiere of the video. I had high expectations with this video because Beyonce and Lady Gaga as a duo is one dynamite team, however I must say that I was a bit disappointed. I didn't really like the whole concept of the video, and I felt like it was way to long. The fashion was killing it though. Check it out for yourself and let me know what you think.
