Jessica Alba is Elle's December Belle

Sexpot, actress, wife, and now mother—Only 29 Jessica Alba's done it all.

As Elle magazine's cover girl, Jess talks about her new up and coming movie Little Fockers, starring Ben Stiller and we get a little insight into the actress's persona:

On her personality: “I’m shy. I don’t like being the center of attention. But when I do comedy I lose all inhibition and introspection. I no longer care.”

On gaining confidence in her craft: “I’d been so afraid of criticism ever since I was young. Every time I’d get a critique or some redirection, I’d always just take it very personally, but now I have no problem with it. It’s just a chance to try things a different way. To play more with a character. It also gives me a chance to have some input, to use my voice.”

On being selective with her roles: “The time I’m not spending with my kid has to be worth it, so when I sat down with my agents after I was ready to go back to work, I told them: It’s all about the directors.”

Aww I love a girl who's grounded and has her priorities in check. 

We all know how the fame game can change people.

Newly red-haired star, Jessica Alba was seen out and about in Beverly Hills sporting the new do. From brunette to blonde to red, this girl can pull off anything.

A BOLD Satement

Red lipstick is simply classic. Channeled for decades, bold red lipstick always seems to reappear in fashion. Lately, I have noticed many celebrities conveying this look and I love it! I personally don't rock bold lipstick because my lips are more on the voluptuous side, and I would rather not put more emphasis with such a bold accent. However, red lipstick is great for those who would love to put attention on their lips. Red lips can be a great touch to an outfit. Especially when wanting to portray an old Hollywood glam look, red lipstick is perfect! There are several different types of shades of red lipstick that you can easily find! Fixated on: Stylish Moms and Dads

These stars prove time and time again that with the business of their career and balancing their kid’s active lifestyles; they still manage to keep up with all the trends and stay FAB:

Of course we have to start with the beautiful Victoria Beckham. (Pictured here with her son Cruz) I give the girl props because she definitely never leaves the house without her fabulous skyscraping heels. She’s always so put together.
