Lauren Conrads new reality show has been canceled, due to lack of drama. The show was originally supposed to follow the reality star and her fashion line, but the network has decided to pull the plug on the show. David Janollari, who is the head of programming at MTV networks, explained further reasoning behind the cancellation.
"We decided not to go ahead with the show. She did do a pilot. There were talks about whether we could somehow manage to put together a special based on that footage but that's also a big question mark based on her interest in that and the finances."
MTV still remains to have a great relationship with the young designer, as Mr. Janollari explains.
"We love her! We would love her on our network. It was a great attempt but it just didn't feel like a perfect fit for us now."
Damn, I was looking forward to seeing Lauren in a new series, but there is no doubt she has bigger and better things in her future.
