Fashion photographer David LaChapelle, claims the pop star based her S&M video on eight of his photos. After the video was released LaChapelle accused Rihanna via on twitter for using his ideas without his content. The damage he seeks have not been specified.
LaChapelle says, "The music video is directly derived from and substantially similar to the LaChapelle works."
