Kelly Rowland was at Jet nightclub in Las Vegas, wearing a rather interesting outfit. I'm loving her black leggings & booties, however I'm not quite sure about everything going on up top. I mean I like the see through top, but I feel like the outfit is a little too much. What do ya''ll think....hate it or love it?
